Weer een nieuw Monday Moodboard! Ja, ik ben me ervan bewust dat het geen maandag is. Iets is er mis gegaan... Deze week zocht ik een aantal illustraties bij elkaar die ik echt te gek vind!

Ik kreeg de opdracht om een bagage label te maken voor iemand die een jaar door Zuid Amerika gaat reizen. (Net als ik, ca. 2 jaar geleden...) Ergens moest de volgende tekst terug komen: Happiness is a journey, not a destination... & dit is het geworden:

I got the order for a luggage tag, for someone that was going to travel through South America for a year. (Like me, almost 2 years ago...) The question was to put the following line somewhere: Happiness is a journey, not a destination... & this is the result.

Hoera! Weer een nieuw Monday Moodboard! Deze keer liet ik me inspireren door mijn favoriete bloemen. Ik bewonder bloemen om hun kleur, vorm of geur of alle 3 de redenen! Ik kan er geen genoeg van krijgen.

Hoorah! Another new Monday Moodboard! This time I got my inspiration from my favorite flowers. I admire them for their color, shape or smell, or all 3 reasons. I just can't get enough from them.

Strandtas - Beachbag

De eerste van de collectie 's zomerse strandtassen is af en meteen verkocht! De tas is ongeveer 45x35cm en heeft een vakje met rits voor je telefoon en een lint om je sleutels aan te hangen, zo ben je ze nooit meer zoek in je grote, zanderige strandtas! Alle tassen in deze collectie zijn gemaakt van gebruikte kledingstukken en reststoffen.

The first of the new summer collection of beachbags is finished and immediately sold! The bag is about 45x35cm and has an inside pocket with zipper for your phone and a ribbon to hang your keys on, this way you won't ever loose them in your big, sandy beachbag! All bags in this collection are made of used clothes and left over fabrics.

Het is weer maandag! Op deze regenachtige dag ben ik weer in de wereld van de grafitti art gedoken en heb deze keer de focus gelegd op Colombia. Enjoy the girls from Bogota!

It's Monday again! And on this rainy day I dove into the world of grafitti art again and this time I focussed on Colombia. Enjoy the girls from Bogota!

I received this t-shirt from my sisters' boyfriend to make a cushion from. At first I didn't exactly know what to do with it, I let it rest for a while and this is the result! He is from Rio and she is from Holland and they met in France. So I put in the maps, colors and flags in the design and managed to leave them surprised! What a great thing to do :)

Ik ontving dit t-shirt van de vriend van mijn zus om er een kussen van te maken. In eerste instantie wist ik niet wat ik er mee aan moest, dus ik liet het even rusten en dit is het resultaat! Hij komt uit Rio en zij uit Nederland en ze leerden elkaar in Frankrijk kennen. Dus ik stopte de kaart, kleuren en vlaggen in het ontwerp en kreeg het voor elkaar om ze te verbazen! Wat een leuke opdracht :)

Monday Moodboard

Het Monday Moodboard van deze week is geinspireerd op bloemen en kleuren. Het weer is al dagen prachtig zonnig en mijn huis staat vol met bloemen, ik geniet van de kleuren en het licht! Iedereen is blij, opgewekt en straalt!
This Monday Moodboard is inspired on flowers and colors. The wether has been perfectly sunny for days already and my house is full of flowers, I enjoy the colors and the light! Everybody is happy, joyfull and is glowing!

Het Monday Moodboard vandaag is opgedragen aan een goede vriendin van mij, Kim van http://www.kimdesign.eu/. Overal waar ze komt maakt ze foto's van mosaic tegeltjes en de collectie bestaat inmiddels uit een indrukwekkende wereldse verzameling. Op reis in Marokko kwam ik ook de meest prachtige mosaic tegels tegen, die uiteraard gefotografeerd moesten worden! Kim detail: altijd je voeten in beeld!

Todays' Monday Moodboard is dedicated to my good friend Kim, from http://www.kimdesign.eu/. Everywhere she goes she is taking pictures of mosaic floor tiles and the assortment already contains an impressive wordly collection. On my trip to Morocco I found the most beautiful mosaic floor tiles that had to be photographed of course! Kim detail: always your feet in the picture!
